The Indian reaction is still not able to defeat the Communist Party of India (CPI[Maoist]) and the People's War. The People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) under the leadership of the CPI(Maoist) continues to carry out armed actions.

On December 17, seventeen wagons of a goods train were derailed by suspected Maoist forces on the Kirandul-Visakhapatnam railway section in Chhattisgarh's Dantewada district. Unfortunately, we do not have any further information at the moment.

The same day an exchange of fire took place between reactionary security forces of the old Indian state and combatants of the PLGA during a combing operation of the reaction in the Patadhara reserve forest area under Sinapalli police limits on the Odisha-Chhattisgarh border. According to the Indian authorities the PLGA were able to repel the attack and retreat without any losses.

On December 15, a Greyhounds (Special Unit) Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (ASI) engaged in a so called “Anti-Naxal” combing operations in Cherla mandal district of Telangana has suffered injuries after due a blast of an improvised explosive device (IED), triggered by suspected forces of the PLGA.

On December 14, a police informer were killed in the district of Sukma, Chhattisgarh. According to bourgeois Indian media the target were killed for supporting the reaction and for participating in illegal deforestation and land acquisitions in the area.

The continuation of the work of the party, its army and the mass organisms proves once again that the old Indian state is not capable of defeating People's War and the party that leads it. Neither the plan of the reaction to build 2542 more radio masts to fight the people's war nor the destruction of several monuments of the party in honor of its murdered cadres and the people will change this, the People stands with it´s party.
