In the following we want to give a short brief on some actions in People´s War in India in the recent week.
On May 22, a highway In Chhattisgarh´s Gariaband district got blocked with felled trees and revolutionary banners. Moreover, leaflets were left at the site of the action, opposing the establishment of police camps and other repressive measures taken by the old Indian state against the people. 1
On May 21, apersonnelof the Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF) got wounded when a pressure improvised explosive device (IED) exploded in Bijapur district. Accroding to the police: “The blast took place around 2.40 p.m. between Pandemurga and Bangoli villages under Nelasnar police station limits, where a team of the CAF’s 8th battalion was out for an area domination operation,” 2
On May 15, another CAF member was also wounded by the detonation of an IED, also in the Raipur district, near the same police camp. 3
