It hit one, it means all of us. In November 2021, several hundred people demonstrated through Berlin Moabit against the opinion-paragraph 129. The reason was the protest against the upcoming sentencing of a comrade in the so-called RAZ/RL/Radikal trial. Towards the end of the demonstration, the police provoked and arrested several comrades.
On 21 December 2022, a trial for alleged "resistance against law enforcement officers" will take place against one of the participants of the demonstration. The resistance-paragraph is a cover for repression and police violence.
We will not leave our companion alone. Come to the trial rally at 10:00 am in front of the court in Wilsnacker Straße. Afterwards, all those who want to will join us in the courtroom. The hearing will take place at 11:30 a.m. in room C 102.
