In the following we want to give a short overview of the actions in the recent week in People´s War in India.

 

On July 15, a police informer were killed in Mutheli village in the district of Dantewada of Chhattisgarh. According to “outlookindia.com” a group of 20 PLGA members took the target person from his house and brought him to the nearby forest were he he were killed.

 

The same day an exchange of fire between the PLGA and security forces of the old Indian state took place ire took place in Telangana's Bhadradri-Kothagudem district. A Greyhound-Unit (Special forces) were attacked during a combine operation. At least one constable of the reactionary forces were injured – the attackers were able to retreat with out any losses.

 

On July 12, twelve buildings of the forest department of West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand

were blown up. The combatants asked the employees to leave the buildings before blowing them up, located one after another in the forested area, with Improvised Explosive Devices. The forest department is among others responsible for the economic use of the forests by the bureaucratic capital. Posters were also left behind denouncing the non-observance of the so called “Forest Rights Act” by the old Indian state.
