During the weekend, the masses in Gellerupparken (a large proletarian neighborhood in Århus West) have reacted with revolutionary violence, after the police shot a man during an anti-fascist demonstration, because he threatened the fascist provocator Rasmus Paludan.
The police states: "Our patrols observed late in the evening and early in the night many youths, also very young ones, on the streets in Brabrand. Several containers and one car were set ablaze and several times rocks were thrown at police cars and fireworks set off on the street, but no policemen were hit."
Shortly before 01:00, a 16 year old boy was arrested, when he according to the charge threw rocks at police by the skate part at Tinesvej in Brabrand.
A couple of hours later, an only 15 year old boy set off a rocket against the police in the crossing between Dortesvej/Karen Blixens Boulevard. He was also charged with violence.
The third charge of the night was against an 18 year old man, who was arressted for shouting at a police patrol. All three have been released Sunday morning after the interrogation was completed, but they are still charged.
The street struggles continued all weekend: "It is the same picture as the other evenings. There are quite a few youths on the streets, making trouble and noise", says Morten Bang Rasmussen, police commissar at Eastern Jutland Police. Both police and firemen have been out because of quite a few container burnings throughout sunday evening.
The struggles in Århus haven't been the only ones. There have been struggles between police and masses multiple places in Copenhagen during the Ramadan, because the pigs attempted to stop gatherings of people celebrating the holy days. In Vollsmose, the most concentrated and explosive proletarian neighborhood of Denmark, there were also struggles: "Burnings and stone throwings in Bøgeparken. 28th of April. The police came to see high flames from a fire on some plains in Bøgeparken. Here, the police met a group of youths burning various wooden trash. When the police came, the youths masked themselves and some began throwing rocks at the police, the Funen Police enlightens TV2/Fyn. The police managed to arrest two of the persons involved in the fire. They have been charged, interrogated and released again. The police continues to investigate the part of the episode involving stones being thrown at the police. There is also a special focus on security in the area, the police enlightens in a press message."
The masses are filled with class hatred against the bourgeois state. It is bubbling right under the surface, and it only takes a small spark for the anger to cross its borders and result in rebellion. We saw it to a large degree during the Easter Struggles of 2019, and it is also clear in Århus right now. The anger and violence of the masses is justified. It is the violence, which in the end will create the new society, but only by channelling it in the right direction, the revolution, led by the Communist Party of Denmark, which must be reconstituted.
CONTINUE THE STRUGGLES!
IT IS JUSTIFIED TO REBEL!
