In the fall of 2021, Danish Housing Minister Kaare Dybvad (Social Democratic Party) introduced a bill that will enable the reactionary Danish state to evict entire families from their apartments for trifles. Social housing associations will thus be obliged to terminate leases and evict entire households from their apartments if even one of the residents has been convicted of a crime. This law comes against the backdrop of the so-called "ghetto laws" that have already come into force in Denmark in 2019.

At the end of January, deputies in the French upper house voted to amend a law that will prohibit the wearing of "conspicuous religious symbols" at sporting events and competitions. This new law joins a law passed in April last year that bans the wearing of a burqa or niqab in public places.

Finland

In Tampere proletarian revolutionaries commemorated the 104th anniversary of the Finnish revolution that began the 27. of January 1918, according to Punalippu.

Herewith a short overview of activities of the revolutionaries from the Spanish state that have been developed in the last days.

At the end of January, actions were unfolded in different cities in the Spanish state on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the TKP/ML. In particular, dazibaos with the slogan "Long live the people's war in Turkey" were hung up.

 

In the coastal city of Marseille, rubbish is piling up on the roadsides. The reason for this is an ongoing strike by the rubbish collectors.

Norway

Tjen Folket Media reports that actions were made by Kampkomiteen in Bergen, against rising electricity costs. Fliers were distributed, and the manifestation ended in front of the offices of major energy company, where also a banner condemned the Norwegian Imperialist activity in Chile.
