The NRW-wide alliance "Stop the Assembly Law" called for the second large-scale demonstration on August 28. Between 4000-5000 demonstrators from all over NRW came to Düsseldorf that day. Alone 700 participants of different revolutionary organizations formed the anticapitalist-internationalist block. A contingent of German and Turkish revolutionaries also participated together in this block.

Berlin is dramatically undersupplied when it comes to public swimming pools. The East Berlin working-class districts of Lichtenberg and Marzahn-Hellersdorf, which have the population of medium-sized cities but no outdoor pools, are in particularly bad shape. In order to cool off in the summer, many people go to nearby lakes. However, this will no longer be possible at Biesdorfer See.

At the University of Bremen, a transparent was hung up in German and in Spanish to the defendant of the Life of Chairman Gonzalo. This month there was a big strike at the railroad. The railroad workers first paralyzed freight traffic on the tenth of August and then passenger traffic on the eleventh. The whole strike action lasted until Friday 13 August.
