When Osman B. arrived in the airport of Antalya he was immediately arrested by the Turkish police. He was suspected of “terrorist propaganda”. Osman B. was born 1983 in Turkey and became a german citizien in 2011 and lost his Turkish citizenship in 2012. He was travelling in the end of July to Antalya with his family for a vacation when he was arrested.

We publish this english translation of the text "Gerechtigkeit für Adel B." which was sent to us:

We publish a report and videos that have been sent to multiple platforms, which rejected the publication. However, since this case has to be public, we publish it here.

On the morning of 18.06 the Cops in Essen Altendorf shot the German-Algerian Adel B.. Adel suffered from mental health problems and called the police at dawn and said on the phone he wanted to take his own life. According to the pigs, Adel B. would have run towards them with a knife. Adel was shot through the closed door in the chest. That cops often lie to cover up their dirty deeds is nothing new. The deaths of Oury Jalloh, Ahmad A., and other murders like Tonou-Mbobda are just a few that can be named. The list of killings by the state and its lackeys of police and security services is endless. One thing these people often have in common. They often come from the oppressed nations of this world and are part of the deepest and widest masses in Germany. In Germany, all the chauvinism of the German state, oppression and murder is waiting for them. The military pacification of entire districts by the German state requires victims. Because where the Cops are constantly harassing people and enslaving them under racist laws, sometimes they "go too far". What this means can be seen with Adels murder.

We post this update of the french newspaper La Cause du Peuple for the action which was done on 8th of March in Lons-le-Saunier, where a car dealership was painted with a slogan and hammer and sickle. Now, on July 25, another car dealership of the same boss was attacked and two cars burned down. A statement regarding this was published by La Cause du Peuple: "For all his customers and workers, and for all its employees, this rogue boss exploits and is a nuisance. Our action is an attack directed at him in particular, for his behavior as a sexist bourgeois known throughout Lons-le-Saunier. We support all Zangrandi employees and their just fight against their boss asshole.

We will always be behind working women and our class! These actions are just the beginning!"

We also declare our solidarity with all political prisoners in france, particularily for the recent repressions.

As published recently, our imprisioned comrade Theo, a worker from Nantes and a Maoist activist, who has previously been arrested on charges of having made a wall painting against former minister de Rugy, is currently on hunger strike since 22 July, as report various information sources from France. He claims recognition of his status as political prisoners, his transfer to Riom prison, and the release of political prisoners, particularly that of Georges Ibrahim Abdallah.

It has not even been a month until Banu, Sinan and Sami are free yet again! All three are defendants in the so-called „TKP/ML Trial“ have had their detention orders (yet again) lifted yesterday. After this had already happened once, 2018, all three were rearrested surprisingly on June 25, 2019, whilst in court. Against this obvious terror aimed against those who stand accused by the state to be Communists and Revolutionaries a great wave of solidarity developed in the last three weeks, denouncing the trial and the court decision, that has now let to the defendants being released again.

Comrades from within the Spanish state have, with occasion of the publication of all issues of Rote Post and Klassenstandpunkt, taken the great initiative to translate on of the articles published in the former. To be more specific, the comrades have chosen to translate the article “Stoppt die Abschiebungen nach Afghanistan” (“Stop the deportations to Afghanistan”), that has been published in the most recently uploaded revolutionary mass magazine in the FRG, and published it in Spanish. The media outlet Tjen Folket Media reports on the existence of a new website, not run by TFM, but linked to the Maoist movement both in the country as well as internationally. Operating under the name Tjen Folket, the blog that can be found at https://maoist.home.blog already offers important political materials in Norwegian and English and has hence been added to our link list.

On occasion of the latest trial date in the so-called TKP/ML trial a manifestation was held in front of the Munich court in solidarity with those who stand accused in the trial. Using the slogan “Freedom for Dr. Banu Büyükavcı, Dr. Sinan Aydın, Sami Solmaz and all political prisoners” a broad platform of organizations mobilized to this manifestation, after three of the defendants in the trial, Banu, Sinan and Sami, had been rearrested on June 25.

In numbers protesters, activists and sympathizers gathered on Monday morning to take this opportunity of the trial date do demand in and outside of court the release of the imprisoned. In slogans and speeches the role of German imperialism was denounced, which – hand in hand with the Turkish government and on the basis of their “evidence” - hunts activists in Germany and Europe, targeting them with repression and harassing them.

The case of Banu, Sinan and Sami shows this well: First, absolutely over-exaggerated arrests and raids made by special forces armed to the teeth in order to stigmatize the activists as “terrorists” from the beginning. Then, a trial that drags on for years with out any verdict, while the defendants remain incarcerated, also for years (!). Then, their release because of the sheer discrepancy between years of jail on one hand, but no conviction on the other and due to public pressure. And then, the rearrest, yet again through special forces, during the trial and while in court.

As also the lawyer of Sami expressed during the manifestation, the recent rearrests are not due to the penal code, but politically motivated. It is obvious: To imprison activists for years without convicting them, to then release them for a couple of months so they can walk free, only to rearrest them later is nothing but state-organized terror to break the defendants.
