Today, hundreds of thousands of people worldwide took part in protests against imperialism-induced climate change. In the FRG alone, thebourgeois press speaks of 1.4 million participants in various demos, including 100,000 in Berlin, 70,000 in Hamburg and 40,000 in Munich (the organizers call each case even higher numbers).  Worldwide, protests took place in more than 5,000 locations in 156 countries.

In the days following the Day of Heroism last week, new reports and contributions have surfaced from various parts of the world to complement the actions previously reported upon. The following will be a brief summary of the actions that took place:

More so then in previous years a combative 8th of March mobilization by revolutionaries all over the globe took place in a coordinated fashion. Among other things, this included an important debate within some of the revolutionary forces in Europe, that ultimately led to the creation of a joint leaflet and common propaganda for the 8th of March signed by organizations from Austria, Germany, Norway, Peru and Finland (Translation: English, German, Portuguese, Danish, Finnish, Spanish). In order to give a first brief overview of the scope of actions made by comrades either in preparation or on the 8th of March itself, we will sum up some of the actions that took place on this occasion in the last couple of days, but are aware, that more reports will surely be published in the upcoming days from various countries not mentioned (in depth) now.

We forward the action that took place in Stockolm as part of the campaign of support to the 23 in Brazil. Also published in Nuevo Peru.

The 3 October, a demonstration was held outside of the Brazilian embassy in Stockholm, Sweden. There were two banners with the slogans "Igor Mendes, son of the Brazilian people, fighter of the international proletariat, is not alone!" (in Portuguese) as well as "Stop the political persecution in Brazil!"  while leaflets explaining the situation of the 23 activists in Brazil were handed out and a speech was held. Several people took leaflets and some of the staff from the embassy went out to see what the demonstration was about.

We document a video with some impressions of the campaign for the alive presentation of Dr. Sernas Garcia, which the Mexican Comrades have made.

We want to call the attention of our readers to two video channels with revolutionary content.

The first is the channel of the newspaper A Nova Democracia from Brazil.

We share this mobilisation video for the big celebration on the 30th of June in Bremen.

At 13:00 Sielwall 38.

In order to support the international campaign on occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Karl Marx – of which the translation of the central campaign declaration has been published this week – international comrades translated the campaign slogan “Proletarians of all countries, unite!” into two more languages. Hence, we document the Swedish and French banners:
