Yesterday, comrades from Mexico published a short statement, alongside a video and a poster, in solidarity with all those who fought against imperialism during the G20 in July in Hamburg. In the following we document the translated statement send to us as well as the video and the poster.

Dear Comrades and Friends,

from many of our international readers, we have been repeatedly asked if we could more frequently publish text in english. We have discussed this issue among the writers of Dem Volke Dienen (serve the people) and decided, that we will start to publish texts on a daily basis in english. These texts will not simply be english translations of the texts published in the german section, which from now on will have a stronger focus on the national situation in the german speaking countries. Of course, when we think that texts in the german section are of general interest, we will also translate them into english and publish them.

We remind you that the content on this website is written by a group of independent writers as described in “About” “We, who are running this website, are individuals, who are interested to provide information about the ideological and political development of the international revolutionary movements in the German-speaking countries for a broad public. In early September the Journalist Gauri Lankesh was shot dead in front of her residence in Bengaluru, gunned down close range by killers who fled the scene on motorcycles. After her killing bourgeois media outlets and politicians spread the rumors this cold blooded murder would have been carried out by the Communist Party of India (Maoist) as an act of revenge. A claim of utter preposterousness considering the stance of the CPI (Maoist) on matters such as these.

Over the past weeks Chilean police and government were forced to acknowledge a new upsurge of militant demonstrations, actions of agitation and propaganda and acts of sabotage in support of the struggle of the Mapuche people. So much so that, despite a massive police operation code-named “Hurricane”, the government was once again forced to acknowledge some of the demands raised.

We publish an english translation of a declaration of the Unidade Vermelha – Liga da Juventude Revolucionária of Brasil:

The Red Unit – Revolutionary Youth League (Unidade Vermelha – Liga da Juventude Revolucionária - UV–LJR) is publicly reporting the persecutions suffered by comrades, by elements commanded by the shift leader of the state of São Paulo (Alckmin / PSDB), through its corrupt and violent Military police.

In the following we would like to document the translation of the article "Wider die Bande von rechten Liquidatoren" that was recently send to us. In his mail, the translator remarked on the chance of some mistakes still existing, hence the translation will be further improved if deemed neccessary.

After heavy budget cuts forced the State University of Rio de Janeiro to stop the operation of its canteen, the withdrawal of scholarships and to outsource its staff, students and teachers alike are in uproar against the worsening of their working and studying conditions. In an act to better organise the protest and to collectively establish the provision of affordable meals to attendees and employees of the university, the universities canteen is now under student occupation since Tuesday last week.

The struggles in India today are one of the storm-center of Proletarian World Revolution, with people’s war, which is the highest form of struggle under leadership of proletarian ideology, of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. Therefore the solidarity with people’s war in India attains big importance to all the revolutionaries and communist to defend Maoism and to develop its application in each country!
