Last December 8th, the red heart of comrade "Alicia" stopped beating at the age of 51, after a terrible illness that weakened her to the point of taking her breath away.
She was Lourdes Millán Jaramillo, a well-known revolutionary comrade, with a trajectory in the anti-imperialist and national liberation struggle.
There are so many things to tell about her! But we think it is up to her comrades-in-arms to do so, to those who shared with her the streets, the mountains and the dangers, but also the overflowing dreams.
Today a new generation of revolutionaries from new organisational projects who share the programme of the New Democratic Revolution (the same programme for which "Alicia" fought) pay homage to her. A simple but honest one.
There are so many things to tell about her! But it will be time that will bring her back to her class sisters and brothers, who continue to struggle for national liberation and New Democracy.
