We publish pictures of a painting for the deceased Galician comrade Martín Naya in Hamburg, that have been sent to us.

As we have taken from Avrupa Haber and reproduced here in abbreviated form, on September 10 the four comrades who died last year were commemorated with actions in different cities of Europe.

Protests continue for the freedom of President Gonzalo, the leader of the Peruvian Communist Party, who has been held incommunicado for 29 years despite his seri-ous illness. In Strasbourg, a rally was held for this purpose in front of the Peruvian consulate.

For eight weeks in a row, France has seen protests by hundreds of thousands of people. Just last weekend, 140,000 people took to the streets again to demonstrate against the "health passport", according to the Ministry of the Interior. Paris, Marseille, Toulouse and Nice are just the biggest cities mentioned.

In the wake of several weeks of forest fires in Dersim, various progressive organisations in Istanbul issued a public statement denouncing the role of the state in the fires:

In Sarpsborg a man was murdered by the police, apparently shot multiple times with a submachine gun in the chest at point-blank range, photographs indicate that the shooting happened while he was on the ground, handcuffed and unarmed.

In the following we want to give a short brief on some recent actions, (suspected) carried out by the People´s Liberation Guerilla Army (PLGA) under the leadership of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) in ongoing People´s War.
