In Achim, near Bremen in Lower Saxony, the online mail order company Amazon opened its new location in north-west Germany in May 2021. With 2000 new jobs, Amazon became one of the largest employers in the Bremen region. Business is particularly booming at Christmas, which led to Amazon hiring an additional 800 employees in the run-up to Christmas. On 23 December - one day before Christmas - it was then announced that a large number of these workers would have to leave again for the new year. According to estimates by the trade union Verdi, 600 of them will have to leave.

On the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of Chairman Mao, a graffiti was painted in Freiburg. The painting is located under a bridge of one of the main roads in Freiburg. With the slogan "Unite under Maoism", the painting calls for the unification of revolutionaries and the imposition of Maoism.

Everything has the stamp of a class, so also climate change and the so much propagated "climate protection". Both are an expression of the main contradiction on the world level, an expression of the contradiction between imperialism and oppressed nations (within the imperialist countries: contradiction between proletariat and bourgeoisie). This is quite clearly shown by the example of Emissions Trading.
