In Oslo, the capital of Norway, activists of the Struggle Committee participated in the markation of the Latin American Group against the company of Statkraft in front of the Norwegian parliament in order to prevent the imperialist projects happening under the guise of ”green energy”. Many indigenous people’s suffer under the imperialist project because it among other things destroys the environment of the indigenous peoples living in the area.

Today, Sunday, May 14, another presentation of the Red League took place in Freiburg.

On May 10, the Red League held an informational event in Essen's North Quarter, as part of a series of events in various cities and states. In this context, a lecture was held, which went into the foundation of the Red League, how it understands itself and what role the Red League plays in the current development of the class struggle in the FRG. Accompanied by pictures and video material, some activities of the last years were presented, which were carried out by the different nationwide forces from which the Red Federation emerged from – also with special regard to the different activities which took place in Essen itself. That way, the participants of the event could get a good idea of the daily political work, which the Red League is doing and which it will continue doing in the future.

The May Day statement of the International Communist League was translated in Norwegian, FinnishSwedish and Danish.

At Hamburg University yesterday, activists of the Roter Bund made an information stand to popularise the newly founded organisation. Hundreds of copies of the founding declaration of the Roter Bund were distributed to students and passers-by and mobilisations were made for the event that will take place at Café Knallhart (Von-Melle-Park 9) on 15 May at 7 pm. In addition, the Rote Post was sold. The photos published here were sent to us.

In the midst of the current economic crisis, the contradictions between the imperialists continue to intensify. One expression of this is the increasing militarization in various countries, including the countries of the European Union. The latter is now developing plans to boost its munitions production.

Activists from Kampkomiteen (The Struggle Committee) has put up posters and distributed leaflets for May 1st in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Kristiansand.

As every year, various activities were carried out in 2023 for the Day of the International Proletariat in Freiburg. Among them was the annual demonstration of the DGB, in which, as always, a large contingent of revolutionarist forces participated.
