On November 22, the revolutionary and democratic newspaper A Nova Democracia reported on a significant incident in the Brazilian state of Maranhão on November 10 of this year.

On November 10, in the municipality of Barra do Corda, three pick-up trucks belonging to a convoy of armed mercenaries who were on their way to illegally clear the village of Carrasco in the service of large landowners were lured into an armed ambush. During this armed ambush, the attackers shot at all three pick-up trucks and set one on fire.

We already reported on the scandals and intrigues of the Green Minister of Justice in North Rhine-Westphalia at the beginning of October. Benjamin Limbach has been the subject of criticism for some time, above all because he actively interfered in the cum-ex investigations against gangster Chancellor Scholz and his entourage and pulled out all the stops to disorganize the responsible department of the public prosecutor's office in Cologne. This interference in the judiciary and its investigations in the Cum-Ex case even went so far that Limbach personally has for months repeatedly failed to forward data and files originating from the close environment of gangster Chancellor Scholz to the Cum-Ex Investigation Committee in Hamburg. These accusations are no coincidence, but were brought to light by the Cologne senior public prosecutor in charge of the investigation, Anne Brorhilker herself.

In the province of Camarines Norte, the NPA distributed leaflets in two major towns in the province. According to the regional unit of the New People's Army, leaflets were distributed in schools, churches, parks, terminals and designated residential areas to denounce the atrocities of the 9th Infantry Division of the reactionary army. At the same time, they distributed leaflets extolling and honoring the martyrs of the revolutionary movement. The background to the distribution of the leaflets on November 2 is that this is the so-called All Souls' Day, when the people traditionally commemorate their deceased relatives. This action is a good example that the revolutionary army in the People's War not only takes on purely military tasks, but is also there to carry out mass work among the people and to politicize and mobilize the people.

NRW:
Anyone who received their heating bill for the past year in NRW in the last few weeks knew that they would have to prepare for and pay quite high additional payments.As a result of the energy crisis and the way the federal government has dealt with it, they just didn't want to lower prices. However, some prices have gone through the roof to such an extent that the Federal Cartel Office is now investigating six suppliers of district heating. More precisely, and this makes the matter particularly piquant, against six suppliers and municipal utilities in NRW. The Federal Cartel Office wants to keep the exact municipal utilities to itself. In anycase, the afore mentioned utilities are suspected of having completely inflated the prices for the district heating supplied in a way that was not causative. In other words, prices were increased for no good reason and purely for profit, and consumers, and above all the general public, were ripped off.

On November 8, house searches were carried out simultaneously against anti-fascists across germany. The background to this is the events in Gera on May 1st of this year. There, protests against a fascist march led to clashes with the police. Now, around six months later, the repressive authorities have stricked and had apartments searched in five different federal states. However, the repression in this case should not be viewed in isolation, but is part of a larger general trend in the German state.

In view of the continuing counter-offensive of the national resistance of the Palestinian people and the operation "Al-Aqsa Flood" against genocide, expulsion and occupation by Israeli Zionism, solidarity actions with the heroic and self-sacrificing struggle of the Palestinian people are taking place all over the world. Communists and revolutionaries in Latin America are also taking part in actions in solidarity with the Palestinian struggle.
