We hereby publish images of a graffito in Bremen on the occasion of today's 87th birthday of Chairman Gonzalo, that have been sent to us.

The increasingly poor situation of the Turkish people due to the economic crisis (the Turkish lira, for example, has been devalued again in recent weeks from one-tenth to one-thirteenth of the U.S. dollar) has led in recent weeks to large protests, mostly heavily repressed by reaction and often attacked, in metropolitan and mid-sized cities such as Canakkale, where police attacked the protest and at least two women sexually. In the process, crowds repeatedly chanted "Government, resign!"

Comrades from Tjen Folket Media report on various actions on the International Day of Action, in support of the people’s war in India. There were various actions in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger and Kristiansand, condemning the reactionary Prahaar-3 campaign.

 

Last Sunday, November 28th, a demonstration against the RAZ/radikal - trial took place in Berlin.

 

As a result of "pandemic control measures" that have already been implemented, there has now recently been resistance, in some cases strong, to the intensifying repression in some of Germany's neighboring countries. Mass riots occurred in the Netherlands, where police fired live ammunition at the crowds and some were also hit by bullets.


Almost 2,000 public sector employees went on strike for higher wages in Bremen on the 24th of November. The yellow unions ver.di and GEW and the cop union GdP had called for the warning strike on the occasion of the third round of negotiations in the bargaining dispute in the public service of the federal states and organised a star march of the different sectors to the riverside of the Weser, where a "people chain" was to be formed at the promenade and the adjacent bridges.

On the 25th of November, the Red Women's Committee Bremen held a lightning rally in a working class neighbourhood in Bremen - the place where the most exploited and oppressed women live.
