Comrades of Tjen Folket Media reports on several activities the past few weeks.

On October 27th activists from Kampokiteen went out to distribute leaflets against violence against women and to mobilise for an open meeting and demonstration. The leaflets were distributed on the streets in Trondheim and many supported the leaflets.

Since the beginning of October, production has been at a standstill at 'Teigwaren Riesa'. The once largest and famous pasta factory of the GDR is located in the district of Gröba, where in a harbor the Döllnitz flows into the Elbe, of the city of Riesa, a city of just under 30,000 inhabitants in the Saxon district of Meißen. At 12.51 euros, workers there earn only marginally more than the federal minimum wage.

Currently there is a wave of strikes in different parts of the FRG. The main reason for this is the demand for higher wages. The high inflation, which eats up our wages and ensures that many of us can no longer afford to eat at the end of the month, makes the fight for higher wages a necessity for many workers.

We upload a picture of a painting made in Berlin-Marzahn, to honor the fallen mexican comarades Jesús Manuel García Martínez and Filogonio Martínez Merino, that where send to us.

A painting was made at the University of Hamburg with the slogans "Justicia para Jesús Manuel García Martínez y Filogonio Martínez Merino!" and "Viva el Corriente del Pueblo Sol Rojo!" ("Justice for Jesús Manuel García Martínez and Filogonio Martínez Merino! Long live the popular current Sol Rojo!"). The painting honours the two Mexican comrades Jesús Manuel García Martínez and Filogonio Martínez Merino, who were murdered by the reaction on 26 and 27 October. Both comrades fought against the imperialist mega-projects that are being imposed against the people in the state of Oaxaca. We publish here pictures of the painting at the university of Hamburg, which were sent to us.

At the end of October, the Mexican reaction cowardly murdered two activists of the peasant movement, Filogonio Martínez Merino, former municipal representative of Paso de la Reina, and Sol Rojo member Jesús Manuel García Martínez "Chu Pau" We publish pictures of a painting at the University of Bremen that were sent to us:

In various districts of Hamburg, there were once again targeted attacks on the police by youths on Halloween night from 31 October to 01 November. As has become common in Hamburg on Halloween, cops were repeatedly pelted with stones, firecrackers or eggs, for example in Harburg and Wilhelmsburg. In the working class neighbourhoods of Billstedt and Osdorf, numerous rubbish bins were set on fire.
