On 19th of June, the Day of Heroism, the Red League called for a rally in Bremerhaven's Goethe quarter under the slogan "Against the wave of inflation and militarism".

On June 18, the 2nd annual soccer tournament in memory of the German-Algerian worker Adel B. was held in the working-class district Altendorf in Essen, NRW. Below we would like to share a report with pictures that we received from comrades from the Initiative Justice for Adel and the Red League, who jointly organized the tournament this year.

On Sunday, June 18, this year's football tournament in memory of the German-Algerian worker Adel B., who was murdered by the police in 2019, will take place in Essen-Altendorf for the second time already. The tournament was launched and organized for the first time last year by the Initiative Justice for Adel and this year is also supported by the newly founded Red League. In the following we would like to share with you some impressions from the mobilization that have been sent to us by the comrades.

Norway

Comrades from Tjen Folket Media report that a demonstration against the NATO top meeting and Jan Stoltenberg, the Norwegian General Secretary of NATO, took place in Oslo on May 31st. The demonstration was organised by the organisations ”Stop NATO” and ”The Peace Initiative”. Many other organisations like Rødt Oslo, Motmakt, Kampkomiteen, Internasjonal kvinneliga for fred and frihet, Fredsbevegelsen på Nesodden, Oslo SU, KPML, Oslo RU, NKP, Ungkommunistene, Antikrigsinitiativet and Kvinnefronten were also connected to the demonstration.

30 years after the arson attack in Solingen on May 28, 1993, a child died in a burning refugee camp in Apolda, Thuringia last Sunday.

Around 1,500 participants gathered in Leipzig on Saturday afternoon for the demonstration "Freedom of assembly also applies in Leipzig". The gathering initially remained peaceful, but then escalated. Although a fixed demonstration route had been promised in a conversation beforehand, this was then denied.
