Proletarians of all countries, unite!

JOINT DECLARATION
Long live the 200 year anniversary of the birth of the great Karl Marx!

The great materialist Stephen Hawking died in the age of 76. In his most recent video message he stated:

"I want to share my excitement and enthusiasm about this quest. So remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious, and however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do, and succeed at. It matters that you don’t just give up."

Only in 2017, three massacres and 60 murders took place in the countryside of Brazil and this expresses the sharpening of the reactionary civil war in the countryside. The amazonian region was stage of most of these murders and also two of the massacres: Pau D’Arco, in Pará, and Colniza, in Mato Grosso. Despite this, the masses keep resisting and advancing in their struggle.

On March 8th, women around the world waged protests against patriarchy, oppression and imperialism. The activities in India, organized by the CPI (Maoist) directly addressed the violence against women through policemen. Hundreds of women participated. The Maoists claimed that the government uses sexual assault and rape as weapon in their desperate attempts to crush the People's War. The fight against this cruelty of every war and for the proletarian feminism in a part of the world where the People's War is currently taking place upholds the truth that the proletarian feminism is an inseparable part of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism and therefore part of the most powerful and universally valid ideology of our time.

Proletarian Feminism and the Path to Women’s Liberation

Women of the popular classes are an important part of the rise of the struggle of the masses. Today in the heart of women’s organizations a struggle is beginning between proletarian feminism and bourgeois feminism. Mothers, wives, workers, fighters, are searching for a path, therefore it is of utmost importance that it be the ideology of the working class which guides their endeavors.

The following is a short overview of the declarations by comrades for the 8^th of march.

In Chile, the Popular Revolutionary Student Front (FERP) reaffirmed its class character and origin, the student movement underscores its commitment to "develop the Popular Female Movement" in the country.

"If the revolutionaries do not mobilize, politicize and organize women, the opportunists and corporations of the old state will do so,"; "We must strive to direct the women's movement to  emancipation of the women, a struggle that the opportunism and revisionism of bourgeois and petty-bourgeois feminism stagnate in electoral farce or bureaucratic protocols."

In the FRG the Red Women Committees and other comrades have developed powerful actions in many cities such as Hamburg, Berlin and Bremen. In Weimar approximately 40 comrades participated in a presentation on proletarian Feminism. Also in Bremen and Berlin there have been similar events prior to the 8th of March in order to mobilize. Already, comrades have sent us various images and photos of actions, from which we want document a few before we report more extensively on the 8th of March activities that took place in the FRG.

Moving forward in politicizing and organizing women in all parts of Brazil, the Popular Women’s Movement (Movimento Feminino Popular – MFP) on occasion of this year’s 8th of March published two new tools broadening their agitation and propaganda. Alongside a new bulletin a whole new website for the MFP was launched, presenting not only recent activities, actions and reports but also explaining the principals and goals of the MFP and giving a brief overview on the history of the MFP in Brazil.
