In the night from Sunday to Monday a graffiti on occasion of the Speech of Chairman Gonzalo appeared on the Campus of the Humboldt University in Adlershof in Berlin just on the very Monday the pre-courses for the freshman were starting.

We publish an english translation of a note published on A Nova Demoracia webpage, denoucing the arrest of a student during a protest in Rondônia state.

A law student at the Federal University of Rondônia (UNIR) was arbitrarily arrested by the Military Police while agitating against the electoral sham and denouncing police repression during the national act against Bolsonaro, held on September 29 in the city of Porto Velho, Rondônia.
Repression agents tried to justify the absurd arrest claiming that she had criticized the police institution during the demonstration. In her speech, the student had fiercely denounced the falsity of the elections and also the crimes committed by the Military Police against peasants, who are not infrequently covered by the press monopoly, which is servile to the latifundium and the judiciary.
Following her arrest, several demonstrators rushed to the police station door, along with a lawyer commission to provide support and denounce the persecutory, political and illegal character of the arrest.
From the moment of arbitrary arrest, popular movements and activists in Rondônia are calling on organizations, entities and democratic personalities to issue notes of repudiation facing another show of illegality promoted by the old state against the people.
The long history of crimes of the Military Police of Rondônia
The Military Police of Rondônia has a long and well-known history of crimes committed against the peasants of the region. Crimes which are frequently practiced in collusion with the local landlords, just as denounced several times in the A Nova Democracia pages.
Among one of the most barbarous crimes executed by police officers ordered by the latifundium, we mention one of those that moved the country in 2016: the murders of the two young peasants Allysson Henrique Lopes and Ruan Hildebran Aguiar, ex-settlers from Fazenda Tucumã, in the municipality of Cujubim.
Only in this case, according to the investigations of the Civil Police itself, at least 3 military police officers were implicated, two of them coming from the 7th Battalion, ranging Ariquemes (RO) and Cujubim. All the ones were involved with the landlord and supposedly farm owner, Paulo Iwakami, known as "Japanese", who was also arrested at the time.
Just as the facts show, the denunciation that the student of law made during the protest is more than verifiable truth, but a necessity to be spread as proof of the anti-people character of this old bourgeois-latifundium state.

Two politicians from the reactionary party Telegu Desam Party (TDP) were executed near the village of Lipittuputtu, about 15 kilometers from the border of the states of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa.
About 50 Maoist fighters, mostly women, stopped a car that was carrying Congressman Kidari Sarveswara Rao and the former parliamentarian from Visakhapatnam district, Siveri Soma. The revolutionaries stopped the security guards, confiscated their weapons and executed the politicians.

An important demonstration organized by CEBRASPO (Brazilian centre for support of the Peoples) and ABRAPO (Brazilian Association og People´s Lawyers) took place in front of the Mexican consulate in São Paulo, the most populous city in Brazil, demanding the presentation of Dr. Ernesto Sernas García alive as part of the international campaign for it.
After reading a statement, two participants entered the consulate and registered the document that explains the importance of Dr. Sernas and the reason for his dissapearance as well as blaims the high summit of the Mexican state for this happening.

On the 22nd of September, the Norwegian Day of Action for Professor G.N. Saibaba, comrades of Tjen Folket successfully organized a manifestation in front of the Indian embassy in order to demand the release of this democratic activist, imprisoned in India. Masked and with a dozen of red flags, activists, very much to the dislike of the embassy’s staff, raised a banner with the slogan “Freedom for Saibaba! Support the People’s War in India” and in speeches denounced the reactionary, anti-people Terror of the old Indian state. Prior to this, hundreds of leaflets had already been distributed, with much appreciation of the bystanders, in the midst of Oslo.

Six days ago, on September 20, comrades in Ecuador organized various actions as part of the campaign for the presentation alive of our comrade Ernesto who disappeared in Mexico. In Quito, the capital of Ecuador, among other things, a block on a demonstration with a large banner of the comrades and posters with the logo of the campaign were organized. The report of the comrades states:
"The demonstrations of rejection and struggle against the forced disappearances will be sustained through ongoing and militant struggle." Exploited workers, poor peasants and masses of Ecuador in general, we will pay attention to the presentation of Dr. Sernas alive and will not rest until this demand of the proletariat and the peoples of the world is achieved. "
